> Prairie Bones LLC makes real beef dog chews and single-ingredient dog treats in
> Kansas and ships them direct to dog owners in the lower 48 states. The company is
> based in Andover, Kansas; the chews are made at a family-run USDA meat plant in
> Medicine Lodge, Kansas. Everything is slow-roasted and made fresh to order.

Prairie Bones is a small family business, not a national brand. The people who make
the chews are the same people who answer the email. The brand voice is "made by
people who care."

## What we sell

**The Prairie Bones Bag — $39.99**
Our signature bag: 10 pieces, a mix of pipe bones, knuckles, tracheas and tendons,
all slow-roasted beef. One ingredient — beef. No additives, no fillers, nothing
imported. Available as a one-time bag or as a yearly bag timed to your dog's
birthday. You can pick the arrival date at checkout and we time production so it
lands on the day.

**Single-ingredient treats** (made for us by American Paws, packed under our label):
- Beef Liver Bites — 4 oz — $9.99
- Chicken Bites — 4 oz — $14.99
- Chicken Food Topper — 4 oz — $16.50
- Chicken Breast Jerky — 8 oz — $19.99

## Shipping

- $6.99 flat rate. **Free on orders of $49 or more.**
- Ships to the lower 48 US states.
- Made fresh to order — typically ships in 5–10 days, not same-day.
- Every order ships with USPS tracking and we email the tracking number.

## Returns and guarantees

- **All sales are final.** These are consumable treats made fresh to order, so we
  don't accept returns or refund for change of mind.
- If USPS tracking shows a package was **not delivered**, contact us within 30 days
  and we send a **free replacement**.
- **Pre-orders** are charged at checkout and can be **cancelled for a full refund any
  time before they ship**. If we ultimately can't ship a pre-order, you get a full refund.
- If we can't ship an order within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund.

## Wholesale

We sell to retailers, groomers, vets, feed stores and boutiques.
- **Free shipping on every wholesale order** to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii
  and US territories are quoted at cost.
- Local partners get a **free display** with their first order.
- **Case pricing is quoted to approved accounts only.** Apply with your resale or
  wholesaler license; we review it, usually quickly. Do not state or estimate our
  wholesale prices or retailer margins — they are not public.
- **Private labeling is COMING SOON** (not yet open): small runs in 10-case steps, you
  send printed labels, we supply the bags and oxygen absorbers. A one-time **$250
  onboarding fee** applies on the first order, plus label handling at **$100 per 10,000
  labels**. Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks.
