Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship: the lower 48 (contiguous United States). We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Cost: shipping is included — every box ships free.

How fast

Because each box is made fresh, orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of your order. You'll get a shipment confirmation with tracking when it goes out. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after that via USPS.

If we ever expect a longer delay, we'll email you. If we can't ship your order within 30 days and you'd prefer not to wait, you may cancel that order for a full refund.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address (reshipping may incur a fee).

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Because our products are consumable treats made fresh to order, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please order carefully.

Damaged in transit

If your box arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of your order with your order number and a quick photo of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement at no charge.

Lost in transit

Every order ships with USPS tracking, and we email you the tracking number when your box goes out. If your USPS tracking shows the package was not delivered, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement. If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, we're unable to replace or refund it — please check with your household and neighbors and file a claim with USPS, and we'll help however we can.

Referrals & Discounts

After you order, you'll get a personal share link. Give it to whoever you like — no signup, no cost.

Give 15%, get 15%

• Your friend gets 15% off their first box when they order through your link.
• You get 15% off your next box, sent to you by email once their order is paid for.

The rules

• One discount per order. Discounts can't be combined or stacked — if more than one would apply, we apply the largest single one, and the others stay unused.
• A referral reward is earned only after your friend's order is paid. Cancelled or refunded orders don't earn a reward.
• Each reward code is single use and applies to one box on one order.
• You can't refer yourself — a link used on the same email address that owns it won't discount.
• Referral discounts apply to the first box of a subscription. Renewals bill at the normal price.
• Rewards have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and can't be applied to an order that's already been placed.
• We may pause, change or end the referral program at any time, and may withhold rewards we believe were obtained through fraud or abuse.

If you share us publicly

If you post your link on social media, please make it clear that you receive a reward when someone orders through it — a simple "I get a discount if you use my link" is enough. It's the honest thing to do, and it's what the FTC asks for.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the shop and get your box to your door.

What we collect

• Your name, email, shipping address, and order details.
• Payment is processed by Square — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To process, ship, and support your order.
• To email you order updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional news about Prairie Bones. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make your order happen: Square (payments), our email provider, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Site analytics

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how our site is used — for example, which site a visit came from (such as Facebook or Google), general device type, approximate region (a city/state estimated from your internet connection — never a precise address), and which steps of checkout people reach. This helps us improve the shop. It's kept on our own servers, isn't tied to your identity, is never sold, and uses no third-party advertising trackers.

Our products

Prairie Bones are single-ingredient beef treats for dogs — a snack, not a meal replacement. Box contents may vary slightly in size and appearance because they're a natural product.

Chew safety

Any chew carries some risk. Always supervise your dog, provide fresh water, take the chew away once it wears down small, and don't give it to aggressive chewers prone to cracking teeth. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice — consult your veterinarian with any concerns. See our full chew-safety notice. You use our products at your own discretion.

Orders & pricing

We may correct errors, and refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is mispriced or unavailable. Prices are shown in USD and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prairie Bones Co., FinTech Data Solutions, and Medicine Lodge Meat Co. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
